“Worst experience ever stay away at all cost made my best friends wedding a nightmare and they collected money and they never supplied the drinks. Please avoid at all cost!!!!!!!!”

“I had been trying to find a particular type of vermouth ever since trying it in a ell known London restaurant. The Drinks Basket was one of a tiny few suppliers that could supply it to me and for a very good price. The ordering process was simple and with a free delivery the bottles arrived within four days. All in all an excellent service”

“NOT A VERY SATISFACTORY START TO DEALING WITH YOUR FIRM WHEN ORDERING ONLINE YOU INSISTED ON SENDING ME TWO BOXES OF TIA MARIA WHEN I ONLY REQUIRED ONE DESPITE TWO PHONE CALLS ASSURING THAT ALL WAS WELL AND THAT YOU HAD ADJUSTED MY ORDER THIS TURNED OUT TO BE UNTRUE WHEN THE PARCEL ARRIVED THERE TURNED OUT TO BE TWO BOXES NOT VERY SATISFACTORY TO TRADE MAXWELL CALLISTER”

“Cannot give a good review because I have yet to receive my wine! Postal strikes were used as an excuse but wearing very thin now. Also really slow to answer emails! I am still waiting to hear!!!!!!!”

“Order was attempted to be delivered one day past the last delivery estimate day. As I was at work (which I wasn't the three days prior), I had a card put through the door to go and collect it from the post office. The next two days were the first of the postal strike, so I couldn't collect until five days later (bank holiday, too), meaning I was six days late receiving it. The cheapest price I could find on the internet, but only 2p cheaper than I can get it semi-locally. The bottle was very well packed, I must mention. Will I order again? Maybe.”
