“I was very impressed to receive a phone call prior to dispatch to discuss my delivery instructions. I found this reassuring and helpful. The chap I spoke with was very friendly. “Wanted a boxed gift vodka and it was in stock at a good price. Despatch and delivery were fast and efficient. My only minor disappointment was that the gift packs were in a large box packed with styrofoam beads, which I hate but also they did not stop the contents sliding about. As a consequence one of the gift boxes was slightly damaged. This minor detail would not stop me using Drinks Basket again.”
