Bought a presentation box with a bottle of malt and 2 glasses as a gift but the inside of the box was damaged. I didn’t have enough time to return it.

I placed 2 orders, 1 has not arrived - Order #100007075 ref FH853603778GB. I noticed the 2 separate payment & shipping address have merged on the order & emailed The Drinks Basket 13/12/17 to clarify delivery address but have received no reply & my order has not been delivered.

Hi Apologies but we didn't know about this issue. We have just checked the tracking ID that we sent you and delivery was attempted on 29th November and a card should have been left for you. It is awaiting collection at HULL DO. If you need anything else then please drop us an email or give us a call. Thank you

My delivery was late so another was delivered, I now have got to take the time out to return the second.

Hi Lisa Apologies - The order was delivered one day late (you ordered on 7th after the next day cut off time so was sent 8th on 24 hour, you got it on the 10th), The issue was down to an issue with Royal mail. We have refunded you the next day delivery costs. Thank you Ron TheDrinksBasket

I ordered a bottle of champagne which was pictured next to a gift box, which was ideal as it was for a present. But the champagne arrived with no gift box. I emailed straight away but had no reply. I had to spend an extra £10 on a big gift box and tissue paper to make it look nice.

My name wasn't on the package so it took 4 days for me to track it down as someone else had taken it from where it had been signed for at my workplace I did clearly state on my order my name & address. And I even sent a follow up email to clarify this.

I ordered "Dragon berry rum" but was delivered "Scorched cherry rum" which is similar but wrong. As it was a birthday gift I didn't have time to try and return the item and the person didn't like their present. I took a picture as I was going to try and and sort it out but when I called on the Saturday no-one answered so gave up. Colin

Ordered next day on a Monday and as the Monday was a bank holiday I expected it Wednesday. It arrived 20:30 on Friday and therefore missed the date for my friends birthday present so very disappointed. Packaging was great. Please refund the extra postage paid for next day.
