“I checked my tracking number on Parcelforce today and to my shock horror my order has been delivered to the wrong address, someone has given a name of R Smith ( Not my name ) which was accepted by the driver and some weird signature was accepted. I will be contacting TheDrinksBasket and Parcelforce tomorrow.”

“I was so impressed with my first order I decided to order again. I wasn't disappointed. The items were packaged extremely well in bubble wrap cones to avoid any breakage in transit which is always a plus. Reasonably priced and delivery was quite quick considering we're dealing with Covid - 19. Thank you!”

“I placed an order for my husband’s birthday. The order was despatched the very next day, and arrived a couple of days after that. Extremely well packaged and my husband was really pleased with his gift. I actually couldn’t find salted caramel baileys anywhere except this company so we will be ordering again!! Thank you.”
