“Fantastic coffee which is quite an achievement seeing as it is different coffee almost every time! I've tried a few other places that do coffee subscriptions and they are never as consistently good as the Coffee Factory. I also like that it is relatively local to me (Devon).”

“we love coffee factory. we did have a subscription but decided to try different coffees this time. we are so pleased we did this as we're enjoying them all. Coffee factory website is easy to use, they deliver on time and have a lovely range of coffee. Love them.”

“Amazing service and coffee! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I love my coffee. If you have a problem with Royal Mail, phone the office at the coffee factory, and they are always so helpful and will sort it out. Amazing service and, again, excellent coffee! 😀”

“Coffee is great. Free shipping is nice but shame it isn't tracked. Coffee packaging doesn't come in resealable bag like other coffee services. Part of the survey asks how long did the delivery take, my delivery took 6 days but my only options are less than 5, or over 7.”
