“I subscribe to the discovery selection which is a great variety of coffees. They are always delicious, perfectly roasted and ground. The service is first class too, always despatched on time and customer service willing to help with any query or issues. I would highly recommend The Coffe Factory for excellent coffee, they excel in every way.”

“The coffee is definitely better than previous coffee I had bought from another supplier. I was surprised that I could tell the difference As I thought coffee was coffee. I was wrong this is better. Also comes in small air proof pouches,one pouch fills my hopper, which is great”

“Fantastic coffee which is quite an achievement seeing as it is different coffee almost every time! I've tried a few other places that do coffee subscriptions and they are never as consistently good as the Coffee Factory. I also like that it is relatively local to me (Devon).”

“Amazing service and coffee! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I love my coffee. If you have a problem with Royal Mail, phone the office at the coffee factory, and they are always so helpful and will sort it out. Amazing service and, again, excellent coffee! 😀”
