“Been following these guys since coffee factory started. Love everything about them and their products. Please remember they are small and busy and if they don’t reply to an email it’s not poor customer service it’s just that there aren’t enough hours in the day”

“The Coffee Factory is always my “ Go To” Subscription company when sending presents to coffee loving friends and relatives. The quality and service is excellent. Have tried other sources but this is the best.”

“Poor customer service. I’ve only had a couple issues in m 2-3 years of having a subscription but both times it’s taken several days for a reply (3 days and counting for my most recent issue).”

“My partner bought me an annual subscription from CF for a birthday a few years ago; it was one of the most thoughtful presents I have ever got as I love my filter coffee. Once the subscription end, I had to carry on with it myself, as the coffee from CF does not compare with anything we can get in this country. The service is great and the packages are environmentally friendly on top of the great coffee, so I would highly recommend it.”

“I’ve been using Coffee Factory for my home coffee for about 10 years now. The reason I have used them for so long is because of the outstanding experience. From the quality of coffee’s, to the speed of delivery fresh from roasting, and one of the best levels of customer service I have experienced.”

“Having tried several suppliers, I now buy our compostable coffee pods, including decaf, exclusively from Coffee Factory. Delivery is usually very quick, even with the cheapest delivery option, and they are always helpful if there's a query.”
