“Wonderfully warm as bed cover on cold nights. Knee wrapper by day. Soft feel neither fine nor coarse. Impressive colour range I bought a narrow herring bone pattern duck egg blue to match colour scheme in bedroom. A little short across the bed so upgraded to double bed size but had to settle for honeycomb pattern in petrol blue. Almost the correct colour but the duck egg blue was out of stock. Perhaps an indication of value and quality. Good luck with the business.”

“I was recently given one and then bought two British Blanket Company wool blankets, for use on top of duvets when required. They have been great in the recent very cold spell and they look good as well as being warm.”

“After a month, my blanket is looking terrible, with fluffing bobbles and all over fuzz ruing the look. I don’t know if it’s the loose weave or what but I’m not happy”

“I was a bit anxious because colours on the photos don’t always look the same in real life. In this case, however, worries were misplaced. My Cornish blue blanket is a joy to look at, just the right size, warm and still compact. This has been one of my most satisfying purchases ever.”

“I invested in a pair of the modern herring bone. Spent a good number of hours trying to work out what would go well with our decor in the lounge. I’m very pleased with the time I took to decide. The colours are exactly how they are portrayed on the website. Equally the blankets are made beautifully. They’re not heavy despite the size and yet warm, fluffy and as soft as lambs wool would be. Well worth the investment and a good bargain in the sale. Thank you.”

“My purchase of two King sized blankets was motivated by my dislike for duvets. Being tall it was always a battle between warm feet or warm shoulders. I decided that the answer was to revert to a flat sheet tucked it at the base of the bed, use the duvet as a blanket, and in the winter use an additional woollen blanket. I am totally satisfied with both my purchases, The colours are vibrant and the quality of the wool and finish is excellent. Even better both my feet and shoulders are warm and toastie! I would not hesitate to recommend the British Blanket Company to my friends and family.”
