“Beautiful blanket and speedy delivery. Sadly the two blankets we bought, after only 2 weeks, are shedding a large amount of fluffy lint making them look worn.”

“Please consider the packaging. I will happily pay for a gift box like Neom, Me & Em, Aspinall et al. The package arrived in the pouring rain and it was perishing so I’m glad and relieved I was in. To make it look like a luxurious gift, which it is, I’ll have to work my magic so it doesn’t look like it’s come from T K Max. I understand your mission but I do think the packaging is worth reconsidering.”
