“I have bought quite a few merino wool blankets since 2021. They make amazing gifts for people you love a lot. And they’re the best thing to snuggle up with to watch a movie.”

“I am appalled by customer service from this firm. My exchange of emails with this firm show customer relations are not priority..they demonstrate a refusal to assist in a simple request to provide a compliment slip with Bumblee bee blanket handwritten on it as it was relevant for the baby gift I was giving. After a number of obstructive e mails I was advised 'I didn't think you would want to pay £3.99 for a compliment slip but if you do I will invoice you' it was a simple request!!!! Interestingly they would prefer to provide a return label for blanket to be posted back for refund. I purchased a beautiful blanket from another small company.”

“Great value I have purchased three recycled wool throw / blankets one for myself and the two others for relatives with exceedingly cold houses .they should definitely help watching tv etc I loved mine so much that's why I decided to buy others ,thank you”

“I would have given five stars as my blanket arrived promptly and I love it. I bought it as a throw for my new settee and it looks lovely and is so comfortable. Extra large fits a two seater perfectly. The reason for four not five is that I wanted another waffle blanket in oatmeal and rang for help as I couldn’t find it on the site. I left a message which was never returned, although it said on the message that you check your phone messages regularly.”

“I have bought 7 of these blankets contrast with new sofas and and to top duvets in the bedrooms. They are very soft and cosy and the herringbone design makes an interesting contrast. They are good value in the sale and I like the fact that they are natural wool.”

“Bought a blanket for my 40 yr old son on his birthday. As soon as he had unwrapped the blanket he felt the texture & warmth and grinned - I love it ! You are prompt with deliveries - not too pushy with emails, passionate about WOOL. We live in a damp country so thick British Wool keeps us warm & cosy.”
