Ordered a helmet back on the 6th Jan, arrived a day or so later ... THE WRONG HELMET !!!
Emailed them on a wednesday, didn't get a response (cos they're closed on wed), so I rang in on thursday "Oh yes I saw your email, we'll get it sorted"
Saturday stlll nothing !.....so I rang in again and was told "Oh I'm just looking after the shop at weekend", I'll get it sorted on monday"
They rang me on Monday, "We're sending a replacement helmet today and there'll be a label inside to return the wrong helmet.....
So now it's Friday , nearly two weeks since the order AND I STILL HAVEN'T GOT THE REPLACEMENT HELMET !!!!!
THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE, NOR EMAILS
