“We ordered a pair of ramps on the Friday before bank holiday and they arrived on the Tuesday morning. Very good service. Ramps well made, but they are a bit heavy for us OAP's”

“Hi Jayne Further to your last e-mail, I would like to confirm receipt of a replacement lock. I must say you have exceeded my expectations in terms of promptness and the parts you sent me. For info, I was not expecting a replacement unit complete with access cover etc. However, this did make replacement so much simpler and for this reason I thought it prudent to compliment you on your after sales customer service – it is FIRST CLASS.
