“When the item was delievered it was damaged The workplace team had a new one on the way to me on the same day I contacted them Very happy and impressed with how everything was handled Would recommend the anytime”

“I ordered from The Workplace Depot recently. The ordering process was very efficient but unfortunately there was slight problem which was most likely caused during delivery. Once contacted the response from the company was immediate and they did everything they could to resolve the issue. Great service, thank you.”

“Blind spot mirror was perfect for the job. Wrong bracket was supplied. However this was rectified straight away with no fuss. If only all customer services were as good life would be so much easier.”

“Took delivery of a large grey metal storage cabinet to replace an aging double wardrobe in the garage. Excellent quality and being lockable offers protection for power tools. Delivered as promised within the listed timescale. Excellent company to deal with.”

“Looking for new cupboards, and was going to buy through a marketplace as it felt easy. Fortunately decided to spend a few minutes finding other sources - pleased I did. Workplace Depot have been brilliant. Firstly I got two cupboards at much better prices and they are great quality. When I telephoned with a query about delivery, the phone was answered quickly and my query was dealt with professionally by a friendly member of staff (who had to deal with me making things more complicated than should have been). Cupboards delivered as promised, by a company that care as much about their customers as Workplace Depot does.”

“I purchased on the 30th September 18 lockers 10SKULocker-5r and 8SKU locker -5r each were supplied with 2 Keys . For insurance purposes I wished to buy extra keys to my surprise THE WORKPLACE cannot supply additional keys ? So if you buy these lockers and loose the keys you cannot get replacement cut .”

“I recently purchased self adhesive vinyl labels again and when paying I observed a noticeable price difference with previous purchases. I contacted the sales department to query this. Within no time I was give chapter and verse and was offered a quick route to purchase the labels directly via the sales desk. Awesome. Then a few days later through absent mindedness I forgot part of the order. No problem, within a day all sorted. An absolute quality performance. Friendly, very efficient and heart-warming. A very big thank you to all you kind people I have been in touch with.”

“The initial product had been returned by a previous customer and awas defective. Complaint was dealt with immediately and with courtesy and efficiency and I had a replacement the next day. This is a company that is a delight to deal with.”

“An order for a desk was placed before 3pm (Thursday) for next day delivery (Friday), it was only when I called up for the second time (4pm Friday) I was informed it had not been picked up by the courier because it was past the cut off time when the order was placed. When I called up at the beginning of the day (Friday) I was told I would have it before 5pm, instead of being told it was not collected by the couriers, haven’t received the product and the soonest it can be delivered is Wednesday next week, not very impressed”
