“My package arrived very badly damaged in transit. I also decided that the trolley I had ordered wasn't really suitable for my purposes so asked for a refund rasther than a replacement. Becky at Workplace Depot couldn't have been more helpful, immediately issuing a refund. Many thanks again.”

“Delivery was 1 week late and had to chase twice. Ladder delivered was faulty. The company did nothing to help replace saying that on checking all their stock was faulty. Strangely they gave an immediate answer on this so they must have already known the stock was faulty and was taking a chance we wouldnt notice and accepted the goods. Very disappointing.”

“I would highly recommend The Workplace Depot Company from my experience. We ordered some racking units that all arrived together except for one package that was to follow why I don't know, however on delivery of the last page is was heavily damaged in post/delivery transit & this was not the fault of The Workplace Depot but DX delivery. The delivery chap was ok even took photos of the damaged delivered box & loose items that had come out of the box. The DX delivery chap did say sorry but that was how it was on his van. With this I ammediatly contacted The Workplace Depot with regards to the my purchase & they could not be anymore helpfully & a replacement package was sent on next day delivery at no cost with an appolagy even when it was not the fault of the supplier who is clearly out of pocket with a replacement package due to delivery issues. It's really appreciated when a company like The Workplace Depot go to such efforts & high standards for Custer service. I would like to thank The Workplace Deport for all the prompt replies & actions taken to ensure customer satisfaction is top of the companies objectives & standard that we come first Thanks. I will definitely buy from again.”

“After my order was unfortunately delivered to wrong address through no fault of theirs , Charlotte Rachel and Kiesha were able to sort it out and sent out replacement order they were all very helpful the shelving units are of a very good standard I will order from them again in the future”

“My order for a five tier shelving unit was delivered in two days. When I unpacked it there were a couple of pieces missing so I contacted the customer service department. They were very helpful and arranged for replacements which arrived next day. The unit is sturdy and easy to put together (so my grandson tells me). I will be needing more shelving soon and will definitely buy again from this company because of the quality of the shelves, their speed of delivery and excellent customer service. I'd give them more than five stars if available!”

“My order arrived the day after ordering. It was sturdily packaged. As no one was home, it was taken in by my neighbours. Unfortunately, there were two small pieces missing. I sent an email to Workplace Depot, who responded almost immediately and arranged for the missing pieces to be sent. Despite the missing pieces (everyone has the odd offday!) I would still give 5 out of 5, because it was dealt with so quickly and politely.”
