“The website was easy and simple to use but the PLACE ORDER button wouldn't work. Used the "live chat" to discuss the issue with Shantel and end up calling and placing the order over the phone. - Excellent service, very helpful and a friendly voice. Many Thanks Nigel.”

“I ordered a product and realised I'd not put the correct delivery address on the order. I contacted customer service and Layla replied extremely quickly advising she had changed the delivery address and would pass this onto the courier. It was pretty late in the day and all a bit last minute on my part, however the product arrived the next day as promised. Excellent customer service. Great product too, works a treat we will definitely use these guys again. Thanks and keep up the excellent work.”
