“I'm not one to just accept a renewal because it annoys me that companies can get away with doing that automatically but as I trawled last year and the renewal wasn't much higher I was confident to leave it alone. It was hassle free, no pestering phone calls and a great service all round. Sometimes it pays to stick with who you know.”
