“Van Insurer is a great comparison website and I'll be using it again next year. It seems we have to keep moving insurers on a yearly basis to get a good deal so it is important that a comparison site should be easy to use and take the minimum of time when filling out all the information required; just like this site.”

“Comparison site was very good but do not use nova insurance,they are totally rubbish.They still have not sent me any documents after many emails! They are a nightmare answering the phone. Nothing but hassle from them to validate my documents. I sent them by recorded delivery and they said that they had not received them although Royal Mail had a signed document.after five emails they accepted them but only sent me a certificate.They do not answer emails and not very polite on the phone. Never again.”

“Great company to deal with. 1st realy commited broker / insurer we have dealt with. They asked for previous no claims bonus and I told them 6 years as I thought this was the Max. When I sent my proof of no claims which showed 9 years they sent me a refund as they give better discounts for longer no claims. I didn't ask they just sent it. I have lots of vehicles so I will definatley ask them for a price. Well done and thank you”

“Found this site on google after having already done all the big comparison sites, and didnt think you would save me any thing more, but the quotes were £200 cheaper. So lesson learnt always check out a dedicated van insurance site.”

“I have given this review a poor, which is because of the sheer frustration experienced when calling on the telephone. I had a devils own job getting any resolve, because your not actually talking to the actual insurer, this may be the case with all other comparison sites too, and not just the van insurer, but boy is it frustrating, they hadn't got a clue who I was, even tho I had all the right numbers and the quote in front of me.”

“My previous insurer decided to cancel my van insurance without any notice. This left me a very short time to arrange new cover and by using the Van Insurer I was able to arrange cover in a very short time.”

“I lost all my no claims a few years ago after not owning a car then got a van and went on my own . because of my situation my first years insurance was 900 quid . wear after was 850 then this year I looked online and found van insurer . same cover 250 ? ? brilliant . I will be sticking with you for all my working years . thank God someone isn't out to rip you off for owning a van .”
