“Was sent email rang with reference number to be told it didn't exist . Did another quote which was 200 higher. Was given high pressure sales by guy, telling me Wouldnt get it cheaper..... I did .”

“Like all insurances you only know how good they are when you want them to help when you have an accident,then they will try and wriggle out of it anyway.”

“Had to send documents five times, each time with no feedback or anything, just the constant threat your policy will be invalid if you dont send. No explanation or reason and not once to somebody pick up the phone and explain what was wrong. Only after an argument with a customer service rep did it get sorted once they finally told me what was wrong. Took over two weeks for them to admit receipt.<br /> That said the price was higly competitive.Had to send documents five times, each time with no feedback or anything, just the constant threat your policy will be invalid if you dont send.
