“It was very easy to insure my van, & the person on the phone was also very helpful,& gave me my best options,& using the web site was so easy & painless backed up with excellent staff, i wouldnt go to any other web site after using this one, they was more help full than the broker that have used in the past. “Had to send documents five times, each time with no feedback or anything, just the constant threat your policy will be invalid if you dont send. No explanation or reason and not once to somebody pick up the phone and explain what was wrong. Only after an argument with a customer service rep did it get sorted once they finally told me what was wrong. Took over two weeks for them to admit receipt. “iT'S ALL ABOUT SERVICE AND PRICE. BEING CHEAPER DOESN'T MAKE IT BETTER. THE SERVICE HAS TO MAKE IT AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE OR YOU DON'T GO BACK.THERE IS NO BENEFIT TO PAYING LESS IF IT COSTS MORE TO GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR.I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AND IT WAS AT A PRICE I WAS HAPPY WITH. RESULT!!!”
