“Quick delivery, very good paint colour match. However, I do not rate the pen applicator very highly. Difficult to get the paint flowing to the nib. Very little paint was supplied, I think most of it was used up just "wetting" the nib. Just had enough paint to cover the scratches. I would like to have put on a second coat but the paint had dried on the nib. I continued shaking and pressing the nib but no more paint came out until the nib fell out! Next time I will buy it in a bottle or be brave and use a rattle can.”

“Someone reversed into the back of my 10 year old Jaguar XF some time ago and left a large scratch on the rear bumper through to the plastic. It wasn't worth getting it repaired because of the age of the car but it used to annoy me every time I cleaned my car because it was so obvious. I saw an advert for a small bottle of touch-up paint for £15, so thought I'd give it a try. Dead easy. Just put my reg no into the website and it told me the appropriate paint I needed. Ordered - straight forward enough. Three days later it arrived. The pot is large enough for lots of chip and scrape repairs. And they give you a bag of applicators too with clear instructions about how to repair different chips etc. I sanded down the plastic scrape to reduce the damage and applied four coats over a couple of hours. The damage has almost disappeared! The only way anyone would notice it is if they knew it was there. I can't see it unless I specifically look for it. The colour match is almost perfect (allowing for the age of my paintwork). I've gone all around my vehicle filling in stone chips and 'car park' scrapes and my car looks really great now when polished up. Would recommend giving The Touch up Paint Factory a try. Excellent.”
