“Fantastic Unfortunately the first paint colour that arrived was completely the wrong colour, a quick call and a new correct colour was on its way at no extra cost. (I had given them my reg number for the correct paint code) Thanks guys Good paint colour once correct, the little “brushes” are so easy to use 👍”

“Bought the paint/clear gloss pack for my Jaguar to paint a replacement door handle key cover. Perfect colour match and finish, and at about £28 so much cheaper than the professional quotes which were all about £65 plus VAT. Cans much bigger than expected, which was a welcome surprise in case of future touch ups. So very good value and quality. 😎”

“After using the reg look up they supplied the incorrect colour but after contacting the the correct colour was supplied without any problem and the match is perfect. 5☆ for customer service”

“I've given 2 stars as it all started really well. Ordered the touch up pen online and panicked about the colour! I rang the company to confirm I'd ordered the correct colour match and gave them my car registration to make sure. The guy in the phone was really helpful and checked my order and he confirmed it was correct. The pen came, I followed the instructions and did all the proper prep. Horrified to see that it was totally the wrong colour after the first and second layer had been left to dry, hence we stopped the job, as you can see in the photos. For a small scratch it would have been the ideal solution, sadly not.”

Hello, Thank you for your order and i am sorry to see that the colour match is not correct and can see that it is a darker shade which we will of course resolve. If you could please email us at info@touchuppaintfactory.com along with your order number and the colour issue we will remake the paint for you. We do supply a test card for colour testing prior to application but we can include a solution to remove the applied paint if you metnion this in the email.
