“Great service/communication with email updates etc, I know touch ups aren’t going to be 100% accurate but these pens/touch up kits are not very good at hiding even the faintest of stone chips/scratches etc, I’ve tried both now and the shade of the colour isn’t great and looks a mess even though I’ve followed the instructions, the paint I have is a lot lighter compared to my paintwork on my van and I when I’ve put a few coats on and let it dry it dries so faintly you can see the original mark underneath the mess that I’ve applied!”

“1. Package arrived in time and intact 2. Instruction sheet and card differed slightly. 3. Initially paint colour appeared to be darker than on car. But it settled and is good 4. Given 4* as very few things are perfect. The 25mm square of wet/dry was inadequate and in my opinion wrong grit density. 5. Otherwise I am happy with my purchase.”

“Colour match is excellent . The only down side is the felt knib is a little too large for the small micro chips that needed touching up . Overall very happy with the product and definitely recommend. Speedy delivery and well packed too.”

“paint match to my wheels very good delivery very fast . the only problem i had which is not a fault with the product is that the existing paint pickled/reacted with the existing paint so in future i will try on small area first”

“The service was great. It came quickly. The finish on the car though I'm not impressed with. It looks like I've used tippex to fill in small holes and appears quite weak in colour and consistency. After 3 coats, recommended prepping, recommended drying time, the finished look isn't great”

“Need to touch up my New 2 week old Giant Tcr bike. The chain droped off down on to the bottome bracket area but scratched the bottom tube part of the frame on the way . Found Touch up paint Factory on line never ever thought I'd find an exact match .Love it so big thanks . You never see compnys offering touchup paint for bikes, and to find the exact match was out of this world . So very very happy . Best Jo from Ipswich .”

“I was very impressed with the service from Touch Up Paint Factory. I didn't receive just the paint I ordered, but, also, very detailed instructions on how to use it. There was also a wax and grease remover and a colour match card included. I hadn't expected these. Delivery was speedy. All in all, a very good experience.”
