“Touch Up Paint Factory rate well for presentation and delivery speed. Less well on price although I could live with the price a little better if the paint matched the vehicle colour. Pens arrived with test card and decent size surface prep wipe. The pens I received worked well but as mentioned above the colour is off. Overall a little disappointing.”

“The touch up pen has a large nib that doesn't accurately dispense the paint - you end up with a huge blob as control is near impossible. This drys in a visible blob and look awful...”

“I cannot fault this Company, in terms of customer Service and quality of the product. I highly recommend by the Touch up product. I spent £30 at VW buying a touch up pack and can confirm the Touch Up Paint Factory product is a lot cheaper and a lot less of a fuss to apply.”

“Used for a fresh stone chip I didnt have any primer with the touch up paint ,i used automotive primer i already had .It worked a treat .the paint seems expensive ,until you ask the scratch repair guys to do the job”

“perfect colour match , turned up fast and came with handy de-greasing satchet to clean area first only one niggle is it comes with a nib rather than a brush which makes for less accurate application, however got round it by pulling out nib and using a fine artist paint brush. all now painted and sanded and about to be lacquered will definately order again should i need to”
