“Excellent customer service and accurate paint match (eventually!) My initial paint was unfortunately not a match. However, after emailing The Touch Up Paint Factory, I received an immediate response and apology for the incorrect mix and was sent the correct colour within 24 hours. The paint itself (in my case, a two component paint) is an exact match and applies well.”
