“Speedy delivery and clear instructions withe kit. Paint however does not seem to be an exact match but it is near enough! Not quite sure why there are two pots of the topcoat and one of base coat.”

“No problem with product or service however I inadvertently ordered the wrong item which is my fault but your illustration of the touch in pant I thought was an aerosol . I wanted an aerosol but didn't need the 400 size as the repair was small. The illustration looks' the same as your aerosol unit and I mistook it for one.”

Please email info@touchuppaintfactory.co.uk along with your order number and if the paint is too light or too dark and we will have a new paint made.

“Perfect colour match and easy to follow instructions. Ordered the complete ‘every thing you need’ paint set which was good value and promptly delivered. Only a small point but a pity 1500 - 2000 wet and dry is not included in the preparation set as it’s needed after the lacquer has been applied.”
