“I was contacted by Ewa after I made my order to confirm the exact colour code. When the paint arrived I could see it is a perfect match though I haven't used it yet. All in all a great experience.”

“Easy to use touch up pen, like a Sharpie pen. Applies neater than the usual touch up mini brushes that just splodge a bit of paint on your scratch. Good colour match you'd barely know it was there.”

“Service and products are exemplary. I have used a pen and not only is it simple to use but the colour match is outstanding. I also have a spray but haven't yet had an opportunity to use it. I'm equally confident that it will be just as perfect.”

“The team at TTUPF could not have done more to ensure the touch up paint I ordered for my old classic car was the best match. The paint is normally mixed using the code allocated to that car but this is not available for older classic cars. Therefore, following some discussion, I sent a photo of the car and the team mixed the paint to best suit the colour. It worked and the chip marks I touched up are a good match to the original paint. I can recommend them for both their customer service and willingness to ensure the customer gets the best paint match.”

“Initially I was disappointed as the paint I received, even though the colour code and car details were correct, was clearly the wrong shade of red. I called the company to complain and spoke to Bob who was very helpful and apologetic. I received the correct paint the next day. We can all make mistakes but it is how we react to them that matters. Full marks in this case! I'll use them again.”
