“Very easy to navigate the website and order the touch up pen for my car. Being able to input the car registration so the correct paint code was found was great, it saved me having to find the code myself. From ordering to delivery was quick and I was kept informed all the way. Many thanks.”

“Firstly I have not used the touchup paint yet as iI have to wait for warmer weather. However I am very impressed with customer service, the delivery was made within two days, and I asked some questions about how to store and product and when to open and how often to open etc and I received my answer within the day, as I've said very impressed with customer service . I'll tell you about the paint when I've used it”

“I have not received my parcel yet. The items were dispatched via DHL courier service. I know it is not your fault, but I am having trouble getting my parcel through DHL. Since 5th December, I have been receiving messages that the parcel will be delivered today, but I haven't received it yet. I went to the DHL depot once, and they mentioned that the parcel is misplaced, and they cannot locate it. Considering the item I purchased from you and that DHL is your chosen company for courier service, could you please help me sort this out?”
