“Ordered some paint pens from The Touch Up Paint Factory as I’d noticed a couple of stone chips on my car . The process was very easy , I didn’t know the exact colour but all I had to do was enter some details of the car and they matched the colour perfectly. The delivery was quick and the pens were spot on for the job .”

“I ordered the paint pen, and the colour you sent for my blue Lexus, was the completely wrong blue, far too dark! The chips look worse than ever! You take so many details of the car, make, model, year etc. but you still can't get it right.”
