“Was told they couldn't get the correct colour so would be refunding me, a couple of days later I received a paint Pen that was the completely wrong colour, after sending them several E mails to ask what was happening they've not had the decency to reply, avoid this company at all costs, they are not worthy of your money!”

“You actually sent me 1 colour when I ordered 2 different ones. Maybe having 2 separate orders confused you. Totally unclear on what the extra delivery cost was - thanks for refunding though. Lucky I didnt need the second colour and thats why 2 stars im afraid....! I didnt bother letting you know as I hoped a survey would come through where i could let you know. Thanks”

“I got my paint through in about 5 days so that was ok, and the colour looks good too. My reservation is on the funny little stick like thing that is provided to apply the paint. I would prefer something that is more like a brush.”
