“The product I used was a touchup pen with a fiber nib . This was difficult to use as the paint flow was very hit and miss and the hard nib made it difficult to get a good finish. Very disappointed with the product and will not use it again.”

“The paint arrived very quickly with generic instructions. However it came with 2 pots , one which appeared to be the paint but the other looked like either a primer or a finishing coat with no explanation on the bottle or in the instructions . I have used the colour paint and it matches well. Perhaps more detailed instructions would be better for the pots like the pens or aerosols.”

“I ordered aerosols cans, a base coat and laquer to retouch a white van. The aerosols work really well with a good spray delivery and colour match I was really pleased with the result and I will use Touch up Paint Factory again, without doubt.”

“I was very impressed with the range of products available on the website and they have really thought through what you need for a job. The paint match for my Audi TT was absolutely perfect and together with the 2k clear coat I have achieved a factory finish to my front bumper. When I realised I’d not ordered the right number of clear coat cans they were able to intercept the order and change it before it was despatched later the same day. A fantastic range of product and first rate customer service. Thank you!!”
