“Sent in my notes what colour car was.They sent wrong colour.Tried to send back for refund as the item was unused.Emailed them three times(as their refund policy was to email them first)They never responded.Guess if they don’t answer they don’t have to give a refund,so much for their 100% colour match promise.”

Hello, I am sorry to hear that the colour is not correct which we will of course deal with as per our colour match guarantee. We have just found out that our website email form is not sending through messages so please could you email us directly on info@touchuppaintfactory.co.uk with your name, order number and what the colour issue is such as too light / too dark or wrong colour.

“When you sent me the wrong colour and I emailed you. Your employee Erik came back to me and told me that I ordered that colour. When I placed my order all your automative device asked me for was Registration No. Year of manufacture an colour. Red. Then they found the colour you sent me. When asked if I could send it back he refused.”

“The paint pen was easy to use and produced a good finish. Only issue is the pen only comes with one nib and if it drys before the jobs are completed it can't be used again. A spare nib in the kit would be helpful .”
