“I had a small repair to do on my bumper nothing to difficult as I’m no expert but the scuff was annoying me and didn’t look great . I thought I’d try touch up paint factory and I have to say the colour match was fantastic really impressed and very happy. Would definitely recommend and I would certainly from these again . Spot on”

“With so many retailers no longer selling touch-up paints, it was a worry, what to do? Then in Car Mechcanics magazine was this advert for the Touch-Up Paint Factory. Being a brand new car, maybe they didn't have it, I wondered. They not only had Volvo red, but sent me a small bottle of it! Brill! When, a stone chip happens, as it will, I'll be ready now, thank you. A sigh of relief.”

“What a fantastic company!I ordered a touch up pen for my white pearl Bentley GTS which arrived quickly however it was slightly dark when I tested it on the test strip provided.I rang Touch Up Paint Factory and spoke to a really helpful lady who said no problem we will mix up another paint pen for you slightly lighter.This arrived within two days of calling and is absolutely perfect.I am really impressed with the service and quality of the paint pen and would highly recommend the company. “Supplied aerosol of primer has a faulty can. This resulted in a right old mess both on the vehicle and on my garage floor. I reported this to The touch up paint factory and a replacement was promised. Unfortunately, this has not appeared. I find myself wondering why I bothered ever using this company.”

“Received a touch up pen for my Azure Blue Lotus Elise; unfortunately the colour was too dark. Emailed TUPF, received a prompt reply informing me a replacement would be sent out, which arrived quickly. Happy to say the colour is absolutely spot on! Many thanks TUPF 🙏”
