“Great Company. I have used them a few times and they are always super reliable and efficient. I think they deliver directly themsleves (maybe only if you are in a certain radius) and its always super quick. The delivery guy (I think his name was Andrew) was super helpful and friendly. Tile Experience are the best.”

“We were looking for Redland tiles for newly built extension windowcills to match others in our bungalow. Unfortunately as lovely as the sample tile (150mm) was it was not large enough and when we meaxured 2x100mm tiles would be too big. We dont have a facility to cut off some tile to make them fit so may have to look for something else to place on the windowcills. Any ideas?”

“Hi I have had a good experience with my two orders for my building project. I need another large order but wanted to know if you price match. I need 150 bags of the following screed at trade price. “I purchased 'instock' items (grout) and just to be conscientious I also called to make sure they had the stock to which I was told they did......you can imagine my reaction when I got there to be told by the warehouse guy that they were 'out of stock'......Hardly ideal as I drove 50 minutes to get there!!! However, with that moan aside I would add that the warehouse guy and the office sales guy were as helpful as they could possibly be and all was not lost. My advice would be that if stock online is showing as only a couple of bags then you should call and make sure the office guys go out to the warehouse (its not far for them!) and actually check for themselves and that may well save you a wasted journey.”

“My old mum visited 5 shops in her area to try and find some simple white 2" square tiles without luck. She doesn't use the Internet so a search by me quickly found The Tile Experience. Found exactly what was needed and could pick the amount of tiles, so no waste or extra expense. All email communication was excellent and so was delivery. Will definitly recommend and use again.”
