“I was looking for Ditra Matting and found your site to be the best priced for the product - which also did not levy a delivery charge. Bought the matting on Monday - delivered next day as promised. Greta service, will definitely use you again - now saved in my favourites!”

“Great service and quality products. I sourced some specific tiles I needed from Tile Experience that I couldn't find anywhere else in the UK - just had to have them. The guys delivered on time and then delivered the extras I needed due to my under estimate in double quick time. The tiles are of a very high quality and look absolutely stunning in my renovated bathroom. I would highly recommend them.”

“I took the opportunity to use the free sample service.I looked online, saw what i wanted and sample arrived a couple of days later. I am waiting for my kitchen fitter to finish so that i can measure for tiles.I will definitely be ordering from this company. Fantastic Service.”

“I ordered some mosaic tile sheets, and although they didn't arrive on the Saturday courier delivery I had requested, they did arrive on the following Monday (Courier fault, not Tile Experience's). On opening the mosaics, half of them had broken pieces. I contacted customer support & they have been absolutely brilliant. They sent replacements for all broken tiles within a couple of days & have kept in touch to make sure everything is okay and have offered to send more if required. Thank you to Lee in Customer Support who's service has been excellent throughout, Overall, due to the delicate nature of the product & not an ideal thing to post really, I am very pleased that I purchased from The Tile Experience.”

“You can judge a good company by its good service or a great company by the way it deals with problems. A delivery delay due to the courier was dealt with promptly and efficiently by James and the goods eventually arrived just in time. We even had a follow up call a couple of days later to make sure all was OK which was a nice touch, so definitely can recommend.”

“Absolutely fantastic service! All I asked was a plain white gloss tile of a certain size as a sample, and lo-and-behold it turned up a couple days later and matches what I have so now am ordering a whole to fix the damage I have made!”
