“I've used Tile Experience on two occasions recently. The website is easy to use and prices are extremely competitive. Best of all is their prompt response and professional service once an order is placed, confirmation and progress is sent and on both occasions, the next day delivery service has been exactly that. “Unfortunately you don’t make your pricing clear, that it’s per tile and not per square metre until Therefore the tile is too expensive. Disappointing as the sample tile is nice”

“The tiles arrived quickly. When I opened them a month later (the tiler was delayed) I noticed some had been broken in shipping. I wrote to Tile Experience and they sent replacements right away without a fuss at all even though it was a month after shipping. You can tell a lot about a company when there are problems- in this case they were probably damaged in shipping by the courier and not Tile Experiences fault- and I was hugely impressed by their 'no quibble' response to my issue. I would use them again.”
