“Prompt delivery, but you do have pay for it. However, can't be faulted, so all good. APC used for the courier, who don't count Saturday as a business day, so I had to wait until Monday for the product to arrive.”

“I placed a sample order for 2 tiles (I was trying to style/colour match existing). I was pleasantly surprised to receive whole tiles as samples, and with free delivery. One tile had a corner missing, thanks to Royal Mail: they were bubble wrapped and should have survived intact. Unfortunately the samples did not quite match the existing tiles. If they had, I would have no hesitation in placing an order. The samples were received very quickly, and emails with order progress were clear and accurate.”
