“I would highly recommend Tile Experience, I am amazed that the three tiles that I asked for samples of, did not come as small cut pieces as is the case with other companies, but whole tiles making it so much easier to imagine what they would look like if laid. We are unable to buy the tiles at the moment as our building work is delayed but will definitely purchase them in the new year. Thank you.”

“Haven't used the tiles yet but I was very impressed with the quick service and value foor money. My order was a bit unusual and someone rang me up to check that I hadn't made a mistake. They came the next day and were very well wrapped.”

“The tiles I purchased were advertised as 100mm x 100mm whereas the ones delivered are only 95mm x 95mm, I specifically wanted 100mm x 100mm to replace some existing tiles of the same size so was disappointed.”

“Items arrived well protected on a pallet, although 1 day later than stated at purchase. This meant I waited home all day to take delivery, which did not happen. I telephoned Tile Experience, who chased it up to arrive the following morning. The people at Tile Experience responded well, but were let down by their sub-standard delivery company. Delays happen, but a message advising of this to free me from waiting should have been sent. Nonetheless, the attitude of the Tile Experience people & condition of received goods mean I would consider them for future purchases.”

“The tiles I bought I had seen in store with another company but they did not have any stock and the earliest I could have delivered was over 2 months time. Quickly checked online and discovered Tile Experience had them, ordered and delivered in 2 days. Very happy. Arrived mid morning and very well packaged.”

“Courier delivered to a random house despite us being in all day. Left no note as to where it was left, or even that it had been delivered, so we had to walk up and down the street knocking on doors to find it. Given we paid for fast delivery this meant we’d paid for nothing.”

“Ordered sample hexagonal tiles. Arrived promptly and beautiful colours. However the samples were rectangular in shape so unfortunately we could not visualise them in a hexagonal shape on our floor”
