“Stuff was available and arrived when they said t would. Internet shopping site would not take my payment but a simple call to the helpline got the problem sorted out in a couple of minutes and as they could see the info I had entered there was no need for me to re-enter....great service”

“I was worried as I had not heard of this company but have to say they have been excellent in every way. The tiles I may need are no longer stocked by the people I bought from and after searching the internet got in touch with Tile Experience. I am waiting for an estimate for a new shower and the problem would necessitate new tiles. After approaching Tile Experience I discovered they did free samples and sent for this. First class service - the tile sample was delivered by Mail within a couple of days. I will definitely order if we go ahead with our replacement shower. I am very impressed.”

“I don't mind admitting to being a complete novice at this floor-levelling/tile laying/grouting lark. The first stage is complete, thanks to the excellent Ardex materials. Boy was it traumatic though! Twenty minutes!! Fortunately, purchasing from The Tile Experience was anything but. Ordered Friday, delivered Monday, no complaints there... And excellent couriers too.”
