“I ordered a sample tile which I needed to check would match existing tiles in our kitchen. The sample arrived within a couple of days. It was actually broken which was a pity, but as I only needed to check if it matched, that wasn't really a problem.”

“Ordered samples and they arrived fairly swiftly. I called the company to check the size of them and they were friendly and helpful. The samples sizes were decent and the porcelain tiles are very tasteful. Thank you.”

“Wide range of products for very competitive prices, most stuff is next day and what they do not have in stock will arrive quickly. We had a few returns and the process was straighforward. They do reply quickly to emails and it is hasslefree. Finding them can be a bit tricky (they are at the back behind Boydens, simple pass Boydons and then turn right).”
