“A very informative and thorough course that covers all the knowledge and skills needed to teach English. A lot of tips and strategies to create an engaging classroom environment and interactive lessons. The assignments were appropriately challenging to test your understanding, and if unsure, the support provided by the academy was swift and helpful. A course that could easily fit into your commitments.”

“The TEFL Academy has amazing courses, I did the Level 5 Qualification and found it informative and enjoyable. The support that the company gives is very impressive, any queries from admin to course related are quickly addressed in their painless ticket system. TTA also helps you find a job in a ESL teaching which is an absolute bonus.”

“Really good and really interesting course. Must admit I've learned a lot. The only problem that I've experienced was the assignments. It might have been me, but no matter how much I've put in these assignments the best I could get was a pass.”

“I completed the Level 5 TEFL Online Course and enjoyed it! I liked being able to go at my own pace and receiving feedback on all of my assignments. I took a lot of notes during the first few units because they were about more technical aspects of the English language and the following units were applying that information. As someone from the US, I had to get accustomed to some words and phrases more commonly used in the UK.”

“Just finished completing my level 5 TEFL with TEFL Academy and it was fantastic . If I had any questions I simply sent it to an online tutor and they always got back to me so fast ! My only concern was that because of covid it’s taken ages to book my practical hours .”

“The Level 5 TEFL course on The TEFL Academy was a good foundation for teaching English as a foreign language. While the course work itself was comprehensive, the course navigation on the website was very user-friendly. I liked that the assignments gave me the opportunity to prepare for classes of varying difficulties, and that they were challenging enough to expand my skills.”

“I have recently completed the TEFL Level 5 course and during the course I was very pleased with the layout and it's content. It was very professional, kept me engaged and really inspired me to pursue a career in teaching. By the end of the course,I felt I have gained more knowledge and a better understanding of what is expected from me as a future teacher and I really look forward to it!”

“This is such a valuable course to do which totally opens up a world of opportunities for you - literally! The course was fantastic value as I purchased during a sale and the content was very thorough. I especially enjoyed the interactive activities within all the units to test your knowledge and revise as you go. There is so much information to take in so this was helpful. Something I found sometimes found difficult was the order in which topics were covered. On some occasions, it would have been beneficial to have been informed about a topic before a certain activity, but instead it came up later. I didn't realise just how hard it would be to not only learn, but teach, English! As a native speaker, this is not how I learned the language so a lot of the information was new to me. However, it is absolutely fascinating and I'm sure, in the future, will be rewarding.”
