“I just finished the Level 5 TEFL Course wit the TEFL Academy. It was a great course, which I finished in 3 months. The Units range from easy to challenging and the End of Unit tests are definitely challenging. There are 3 assessments, which are a real test of knowledge but mostly the information given for the tasks help you greatly to complete them successfully. However a lot of inspiration and revision is required to make them successful. There is lots of extra information and study materials available which sets you up to become a valuable member of a TEFL team. The support from the TEFL Academy was friendly and prompt. Even when I emailed them the response was a bit quick and efficient. Thank you!”

“Thank you, TEFL Academy, for an Amazing course! I've completed the Level 5 TEFL Course. The course was easy to follow and clear in their instructions. I only did the Theory, hence the fact that I've been teaching for 23 years and felt that I've enough experience in the teaching profession. The Theory was well presented and easy to follow. I would certainly recommend this to my fellow teachers! I hope to commence with my online teaching very soon. A big shout out goes to all of you for your help and support! Regards Lindi”

“Completing the level 5 TEFL course has been nothing but amazing. It was quite challenging but not difficult to grasp. They provided all the necessary information needed to study and to pass. I can confidently say anyone who has passed this course will be perfectly fit to become an excellent English teacher.”

“The TEFL academy has more job support and more course locations than any other tefl course provider. They provide an accessible, flexible and cost effective way to get tefl qualified. “I loved my experience with The TEFL Academy's Level 5 (Qualifi) course! It was really comprehensive and very well written. I feel it covered everything I should know and more, and the assignments required understanding of the content as well as work, and were not graded too easily. There were also plenty of links to extra material. Overall I can't imagine an online experience being better than this in any significant way.”

“I participated in the Level 5 TEFL course over the past 6 months. It has taught me skills that I know will be useful and opened my eyes to a new world of education. I enjoyed studying the material and applying what i had learnt by writing 3 assignments. I would highly recommend this course.”

“I found this course to be very helpful. It's not just about reading and understanding, I found the course very practical as the methods used can be applied in the classroom as teacher or specifically an ESL. There are many useful tips and suggestions mentioned throughout the course. As someone who is studying towards a B. ED degree I found the TEFL course valuable to obtaining my teaching degree. The information given is not tedious as you will find it very interactive and interesting. With regards to assignments and end of unit tests, as mentioned throughout the course, you are being tested on your understanding and not merely repeating the information but applying it.”

“I have been very happy with the Level 5 TEFL course. I have learned a lot, despite having taught for over 30 years. The material covered is appropriate and well presented with many online references and websites that will be useful for teaching. Their response times are impressive, whether asking for support or submitting assignments. Thank you TEFL Academy”

“I started my TEFL journey in January 2021 with The TEFL Academy and I successfully completed my Level 5 TEFL course in August 2021. Before starting this journey I did some research to see which TEFL sites were trustworthy and The TEFL Academy seemed to have the best reviews. I completed around 2 modules before the instructor led lessons which worked in my favour because the instructor provided me and the rest of the class with useful information for the upcoming assignments. These in person lessons also allowed me to (safely) meet people who were doing the same course as me from different places around Cape Town and the Western Cape. I also enjoyed the online aspect of the course because it was easy to navigate and understand. The end of module quizzes were quite easy to complete and you’re given a lot of information on how to complete your assignments with checklists and examples of what is needed in the assignments. I would definitely recommend The TEFL Academy to anyone who is interest in getting the Level 5 certificate.”

“I've just completed the Level 5 Telf program online at The TELF Academy and I have to say that it was a great experience for me. The online course provided me with a lot of ideas and information which would be very useful for my teaching. The best thing about it is that I can do the program on my own time so I can arrange it around my schedule. Thank you for the great experience.”
