“I feel very lucky to have enrolled myself in The TEFL Academy. I learned quite a lot of stuff as a teacher. The subjects were VERY interesting and the assignments as well!! “I was very impressed with the Level 5 TEFL Academy course. The Units were well structured and full of useful information. It was easy to navigate back and forth and there was good use of videos and other teaching tools. I liked the fact that there was a test at the end of each Unit which meant you could be sure you had mastered the information before progressing to the next Unit. I found the assignments extremely challenging and hard work, but having completed them successfully I felt a real sense of achievement. I raised a couple of queries with the course administrators and these were answered very promptly and comprehensively. All in all a very good experience. I now feel I have the tools to start a teaching career.”

“I've just finished my journey through level 5 168 hour course. The material on the platform was very useful and informative. The greatest advantage is that you don't have a fixed schedule and therefore you are not put in a straightjacket in terms of your studying hours. As for the written assignments, they are on one hand quite complicated, but on the other - very challenging. And you're given only 3 tries to comlete each. I was literally on the verge of failing the course, but luckily managed to get through it with the help of good feedbacks, provided by markers. In general, I feel great after passing the course and hope to get a decent job.”

“Just completed Level 5 TEFL course ( 168 hours). It was really useful, I particularly gained a lot from the face to face teaching practice with the other students. Online units were clear but with lots of new learning. I feel prepared to start my English teaching in France with confidence!”

“I did the Level 5 168 hr course purely for interest after finishing work as a GP. It exceeded my expectations in that I might actually use it to teach! The skill of the classroom teacher was impressive, and the online elements were well structured. The assignments seemed like hard work at times but they reinforced the subject matter in detail so that on completion, I felt I had a better understanding of it.”

“I completed the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs) a couple of weeks ago. This course can be challenging when it comes to the assignments which are really good and complete. It's definitely the best training you can get before starting your teaching journey. After you finish the course having access to their jobs portal makes your life easier. What else do you want? Go for it!”

“I completed the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs). Well, where do I start? First of all, the material online was very detailed and informative. I found the content was delivered in a very simple and concise manner so it was very easy to understand the topics being covered. I was worried a little bit about the grammar section but it was explained in such a way that it would provide anyone with little to no knowledge of grammar rules (me) a good foundation on the topic. I would definitely recommend the 20 hours practical classroom experience. It ties everything covered online together and you get the chance to apply what you have learned in a classroom environment. You also get to meet fellow TEFL students and share your interests in travelling. It's also a good time to make new contacts because we will all be teaching in different parts of the world and it would be great to check in on each other now and again. You could even pay each other a visit and have your very own tour guide! It was just such a fun experience overall! You also get very useful tips and information from an experienced TEFL teacher so I would definitely recommend the 168 hours course. It's a great chance to get some answers to questions you may have about finding a job or living abroad because you are getting the information directly from someone with vast experience. The assignments were challenging but they really help you develop your teaching skills in terms of content creation, lesson planning and make you get into the TEFL teacher mindset. I am so happy I registered for this course and have received my accreditation, and I cannot wait to put what I have learned into practice. The meaning of "The world is your oyster" couldn't be more relevant! For anyone who is thinking about teaching abroad then I would highly recommend registering for the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs) with The TEFL Academy. I was really pleased with the value and overall quality of the course along with the recognised accreditation that comes on successful completion.”

“I really enjoyed the Level 5 168 hours course. In the online units there were little tasks and activities that helped me to learn and remember the new terminology. The assignment instructions were well explained and thorough, they gave a full idea of lesson planning and how I would explain concepts to students.”

“I completed the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hours) and have to say it's an amazing course to complete. It was more detailed and involved than my English Literature Degree, but I thoroughly enjoyed every section of it. I know that every single one of my brain cells was used and that is purely due to the course being of such high quality. It genuinely made me think about how and why I would teach certain topics, and stretched my own understanding of the English Language - and English is my native language! Highly recommended for anyone wanting to teach the English language, either in the UK or abroad.”
