“The TEFL Academy has been very supportive throughout the completion of my level 5 course. From the admin to the technical support, all departments have been helpful and patient with me as a learner. The course itself is challenging and requires you to put effort. Moreover, the course content prepares you enough with activities and tasks for you to complete the assignment. I am overall satisfied with the academy because it offers extra lessons to keep practising as teachers and it also offers great tips and opportunities of potentially working abroad or online.”

“I highly recommend the Level 5 course with the TEFL Academy. It presents high-quality materials which are easily followed online. The level of detail is remarkable and I learned a great deal. The assignments consolidate the learning and do take considerable effort. Helpful support is available when needed. Excellent course. Now hoping to be able to do some voluntary work with refugees to gain some experience.”

“The TEFL course was demanding, but I'm glad I took it! What I liked the most were the interactive exercises and tests. I could tailor the course to my needs and time. The materials and theory provided were very helpful, although I had to do some more research while doing assignments. Some lesson plans seemed to be a bit artificial and impossible to conduct in a natural environment. The feedback I got after every assignment was very detailed and immediate - I highly appreciate it!”

“I was happy to attend and pass the TEFL course online. I found the material to be comprehensive, informative and interesting. The requirements were substantial enough that I believe no student could “mail it in” instead of biting into the meat of the learning. The online platform was easy to use and I have zero complaints at all about the course.”

“The TEFL academy level 5 TEFL course was informative and insightful! As a science teacher in the Middle East, I felt it might be useful to do TEFL course as I teach through English. I now have many tools when it comes to teaching my students effectively through English. I highly recommend this course! It was very interesting for me. I was recommended this particular course through friends and was not left disappointed. Tutors respond to queries and correct assignments very quickly.”

“I undertook the Level 5 TEFL course with the TEFL Academy. The classes were provided online sequentially. The pace was good within each module and you have 6 months to complete the entire course which is great. I only used 3 months but it was nice to know that as my day job got busier I could leave the TEFL studying to one side for a few days without penalty. The module tests are not easy. You do need to have studied. But again, you can try up to three times. The assignments covered the entire curriculum well and again, knowing that you could resubmit after receiving feedback was invaluable. On the whole, I would totally recommend the TEFL Academy to anybody wanting to learn to teach TEFL.”

“I studied using the Level 5 course and it was very thorough! In general, I really like The TEFL Academy because they offer such a comprehensive package for teaching English. They have so many options and top up courses to propel your career with certifications! The interface is very easy to use and understand and the material is all very relevant.”

“I recently completed both the 168 hour Level 5 TEFL course and the complimentary 30-hour top-up course in Teaching Young Learners. I opted for The TEFL Academy over other qualification providers due to their accreditation status, reviews from previous learners and easy to navigate website. The courses are well structured and in-depth. The resources available are practical and easy to use. The assessments are challenging, but engaging and of the right level for a Level 5 qualification. The explanation of the tasks and resources provided were invaluable. All three of my assessments were marked quickly and excellent feedback was provided on all of them. The academic and admin support tickets that I raised were both responded to within 24 hours. Overall, I think this is an excellent qualification for anyone looking to enhance their CV for the TEFL market. Since completing the course (which took me just under 2 months), I have received offers of interviews from two companies overseas. I highly recommend this course.”

“What can I say...The TEFL Academy was amazing! There are countless resources of TEFL certificates one can get and I was initially so overwhelmed by the amount of information there are. However, after some careful consideration, researching and referrals, I am so glad I have found The TEFL Academy. The resources were practical and useful, even for my current teaching at a middle year school in Canada. I have many ELL students who can benefit from the materials presented and taught in the course. I have recently completed my Level 3 Course and I am contemplating on getting my Level 5 with The TEFL Academy.”
