“The TEFL Cert IV from The TEFL Academy was fantastic. for essentially a 20th of the price of an in-class course like the CEFR, I believe I have gotten the same value education. The course is certified by many respected bodies and although for the job I had lined up I only really needed any certificate, for basically the same price and this will help me into future jobs. Additionally, the amount I learnt from this course was well worth it and I'm glad I didn't gamble by trying to save another $20 or so.”

“I have, with great satisfaction, successfully completed the 168 hours Level 5 TEFL course and found it extremely insightful. The course is clearly laid out, the content understandable, the language skills and grammar are explained in detail and examples are given so as to ascertain learning is achieved. I have gained immensely from this course and aim to put it to good use in the near future.”

“I am delighted to have just completed the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs) through the TEFL Academy. I am also happy I chose the combined TEFL course option as the face-to-face weekend was enjoyable and gave me good insight for what I would cover during the course studied. I also enjoyed the interaction, team work and meeting of new people from all cultures, ages and work experiences. Having left school some 40 years ago, I did initially find the online studies challenging, but as I began to work through the units, I found the teaching material was interesting, fun, well structured and easy to follow. I particularly enjoyed the activities within the units and end of unit tests. The assignments were challenging for me, but at the same time I enjoyed the research one needed to do in order to complete the assignment. I have been impressed with the prompt and very good communication experienced with the staff of the TEFL Academy. Thank you for all your support and the opportunity to expand my knowledge and equip me to begin a new career. The standard of the course material is impressive. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to teach English to foreign students to do this level 5 course through the TEFL Academy. It was overall a wonderful experience.”

“I am happy with my choice of TEFL Academy. The course was bang on, the information well presented, the online experience was very good as well as the 2-days live prep course. Technical support and customer service was very good. The quality of the feedback on assignments was good and thoughtful. “The TEFL level 5 course was not only pretty complete but also quite interactive and super informative. I did learn a lot doing this course and explored a really big amount of new subjects and things I didn't know before. The tests at the end of the units were very helpful and made me aware of things I needed to go back to and study again. They also confirmed those things I had already understood well enough.”

“I thoroughly loved doing the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs) online. The site was easy to use, very informative and it covered a wide range of topics and subjects. The assignments were of a high standard and the markers clearly gave their input and feedback on the assignments. I would recommend this online course for everybody - young and old!”

“This is the only TEFL course I would recommend to anyone looking at completing the course. It's a bit longer than others and thus costs a bit more, but it is worth every extra minute and penny. I learnt so many new things and expanded my knowledge about language. The assignments are challenging but it's great preparation for when you have to prepare your own lesson plans for work.”

“I found the overall experience with the TEFL Academy very exciting and fulfilling. I completed the Online Level 5 TEFL course in less than six months and found the course to be exciting yet challenging at times, especially wrt the assignments. The modules were relatively easy to work through but sufficient time needs to be allocated when completing assignments, however, this can be achieved with the help of the course material, additional material and resources found on the internet. I've only needed assistance once during this period and the response time was great! Thank you TEFL Academy!”

“The course is set out clearly and concisely. There are plenty of links and further reading. There are brilliant links to resources. I enjoyed the units and the assignments are marked in good time. I received my certificate very quickly too.”

“I found the information to be be clear and very well laid out and understandable. I am not from a teaching background so was a little wary at first, but soon got into the swing of the course and the material provided by TEFL helped with that. Also the tutors that mark the assignments were excellent and provided some fantastic feedback and advice on the assignments, which I found very helpful for all the assignments. On the whole I found this course to be very good and I am looking forward to starting my career teaching English as a second language.”

“It was the best online couseuse for TEFL lessons. The lessons were great, very apprehensive with lots of exercise to put to practice. As well as the assignments, which were a little demanding but nevertheless appropriate and necessary for the comprehension of the course. I loved it :)”
