“I have just completed my level 5 tefl course with the Tefl academy and it was amazing. The units were easy to understand and follow, the assignments were challenging, I only managed to get a pass on all three but had great encouraging feedback from my tutor. Thank you Tefl academy, I am excited to kickstart my tefl career”

“I did the TEFL level 5 qualification. TTA were very efficient at turning around the assignments and requests for help from the tutors. The feedback was really helpful. It took me 5 weeks to get the qualification. I did the online course so I could take it at my own pace around my work commitments.”

“I've successfully completed the Qualifi Level 5 TEFL Course, which was about 168H by The TEFL Academy. Although I have an M.A. in TEFL, I need to say that this experience was really insightful and professional; I've learned so many new things from this course, specifically how to do a lesson plan was really helpful. The fact is that they have provided a great comprehensive online platform that is accessible 24H every day, so I was all able to go through reading and doing the course at any time or any day. They have provided another website so that you can ask your own questions at any time you want, and I received answers as soon as possible. Moreover, they provided other helpful answers or materials for both the course and the assignments; the tutors were really friendly and helpful. I am going to use the new skills that I have learned and use my certificate to teach online....Thank you @TheTEFLAcademy”

“While the course itself is comprehensive, challenging and professional, I am extremely disappointed that the Academy did not disclose up front that it would be almost impossible to find work through agencies without a minimum BA degree and teaching experience. Moreover, I suspect that my age may be a disadvantage too. I now find myself, R3,500 and 120 hours of hard work later, with little prospect of finding students. This is false advertising! I have not yet received my certificate, but it may be worthless anyway :(”

“Honestly, I’ve learnt more from TEFL about teaching English as a second language then I have in university. Feedback from the markers is so detailed and very helpful when needing to fix things or just advice.”

“I actually enjoyed a lot studying the Level 5 TEFL course. The online platform is very well structured and easy to understand. I felt was well-oriented that I didn`t felt necessary to contact a tutor, not even once! The lessons, exams and assignments are good explained and organised, while the online independent study is the cherry on top!”

“I studied the 168 hour Level 5 TEFL course and it was an amazing experience. The support I received throughout was great and the course itself was clear and has taught me a lot. “I undertook the level 5 TEFL qualification online and have just completed it. The online format really suited my needs and was a great way for me to learn new things when and where it suited me. I really liked that there was encouraging support for anything I was unsure about. I am grateful to have had such a positive experience and can now confidently become a ESL English teacher.”
