“The course is well-structured and set up in a way that anyone will be able to use. The tutors are very helpful and able to assist with any confusion. The course is very good value for money and is definitely a good stepping stone in an educational career.”

“I completed the Level 5 course with the TELF academy. It was a clear and easy to follow course. I appreciated the fast feedback on assignements which allowed me to keep progressing effectively. Each unit was well structured and very clear with lots of suggestions for lessons. I just wish there was a fast track version for fully certified teachers.”

“What a wonderful experience. I completed the level 5 Tefl course, and even though it took me longer than I would have liked, words cannot express how much I learned during this course. I would recommend this to anyone. Please just make sure that you set aside enough time each week as it can get a bit overwhelming to do too many units right after one another.”

“I have no regrets choosing to obtain my TEFL certification from the TEFL Academy! The deals that they run frequently on their website make choosing this rigorous 168 online course (with bonus free top-up course) an easy decision. The staff and support are extremely responsive, and I never had an issue navigating the site, accessing the assignments, turning in the assignments, or completing the course for the duration it took for me to receive my certification. Some of the material may seem repetitive at times, and I wish some units would go very specific about logistics of teaching (rather than more broad or abstract terms), but overall I feel like I certainly had a worthwhile learning experience with them! I am satisfied with the amount of references and resources they provide, not just during and at the end of each unit, but also upon completion of the course. They give you many, many links to TEFL-specific job boards, and I look forward to exploring these opportunities to see where my career takes me.”

“I quite enjoyed the course that I took. It was pretty direct, easy to follow, and provided me with enough information that I didn't feel like I was missing anything. Best of all, now I have a certification that I can use to help me get teaching jobs while traveling abroad. At times their online infrastructure was a bit cluncky, and I wish I had a little more context for what content they wanted in the assignments, but it overall these didn't distract too much from the course. Pretty good overall.”

“It has been a fun yet challenging experience taking the Level 5 TEFL Course. The TEFL Academy is a great ESL/EFL teaching provider. I highly recommend this online course to anyone who wants to pursue a career in teaching English overseas. “A very informative and thorough course that covers all the knowledge and skills needed to teach English. A lot of tips and strategies to create an engaging classroom environment and interactive lessons. The assignments were appropriately challenging to test your understanding, and if unsure, the support provided by the academy was swift and helpful. “Really good and really interesting course. Must admit I've learned a lot. The only problem that I've experienced was the assignments. It might have been me, but no matter how much I've put in these assignments the best I could get was a pass.”

“I completed the Level 5 TEFL Online Course and enjoyed it! I liked being able to go at my own pace and receiving feedback on all of my assignments. I took a lot of notes during the first few units because they were about more technical aspects of the English language and the following units were applying that information. As someone from the US, I had to get accustomed to some words and phrases more commonly used in the UK.”

“Just finished completing my level 5 TEFL with TEFL Academy and it was fantastic . If I had any questions I simply sent it to an online tutor and they always got back to me so fast ! My only concern was that because of covid it’s taken ages to book my practical hours .”
