“To whom it may concern. When I first became interested in the idea of teaching English, I had no idea of where to begin or even what to expect. There are so many teaching courses available that it was very difficult to choose one. Fortunately, I know people, who are already doing TEFL for a living, online and overseas. They all recommended 'The TEFL Academy' The experience was everything I was hoping for. The course I did was the online level 5 TEFL course. The lessons were logically structured and easy to understand. Very user-friendly. The few questions that I had, was very promptly attended to. Thank you for a great learning experience. I will gladly recommend 'The TEFL Academy' to anyone.”

“Dear All, my youngest son had recommended over a year ago that I do a TEFL certification. Then my sister died suddenly of Covid, on the 6th of June 2021. I signed up for the Level 5 course with the TEFL Academy on the 07th of July 2021. I realised that life is not a dress rehearsal. The course was well-structured and led me to my final pass, in a supportive and challenging manner. Some of the course content was basic and some very challenging for one who hadn't done an English test for over 35 years! But the bottom line is that I passed. I'm currently on vacation in Mexico and who knows, maybe I'll stay and teach English here; or somewhere else in the World! Thank you TEFL Academy!”

“I took the Level 5 TEFL course along with the in-person teaching practice weekend and the Teaching Young Learners add-on, and every part of the course was really good. The material is clear and easy to absorb and understand. The strong focus on lesson planning makes me significantly less daunted at the prospect of standing in front of a classroom, and the teaching practice at the in-person weekend drove home how utterly essential it is! After finishing the course I feel nervous but excited to hopefully start teaching soon, and confident in my new knowledge and skills and the additional resources I know I can find. Highly highly recommend the course, if you're on the fence about it, wait for the next (very frequent) sale and just do it!”

“I studied the Level 5 TEFL course with The TEFL Academy and had an extremely positive experience. I found the material very engaging, and engagement is certainly necessary for this course as it is very challenging. Having previously completed level 7 courses via remote learning methods, I thought this level 5 would be a walk in the park, and almost... boring. However, from the very beginning, I was enticed into a compelling mix of grammar rules, student psychology, teaching methods, cultural aspects, and wider learning, which pleasantly surprised me. I feel that completing this course has been an achievement, and thoroughly recommend it.”

“Very interesting course. It is easy to follow. The only negative point is that you have to pay a lot of money to not have access to the course notes afterwards. I didn't take everything down. It would be interesting to have the resources to refer to when needed. Otherwise, I highly recommend TEFL academy. I researched several schools before signing up for this course and this is one of the best.”

“I had the privilege to complete the level 5 TEFL course and it was worth it. Not only do I have something on my name, but I have knowledge that I didn't have before which I can use in other fields. It may be hard to complete the course in the given time duration if you have a job, but it's still worth it.”

“I took the level five TEFL course. It was extremely helpful. I learned so many great things to help me start my journey in ESL. The only reason I didn't give this course five stars is because it was a lot of reading. Almost the entire course consisted of reading content. It would have been nice to have more videos to give my eyes a break from reading.”
