“My colleague suggested doing the TEFL course and I thought I'd take the leap. I've always been a bit wary of online courses but I thought I'd take my chance with this one. I was pleasantly surprised at how organised and helpful the entire process was. From the very helpful ladies at the call center, to the great feedback received from my assessor. I'd definitely do this course again if given the opportunity. I am happy with my results and so glad I went through with it. I can't wait to be placed in an internship position and begin my new adventure wherever this amazing qualification takes me.”

“The TEFL Academy did an excellent job with their courses. Everything was lined up appropriately on the website - I did not have to search for anything; it's very user friendly. They provided excellent resources if I still felt like I needed more information/help. Their lessons were thorough and easy to go through on my own. I never felt like I was "lost".”

“I had been meaning to study for a TEFL qualification for quite a while and was recommended The TEFL Academy by a friend. The course is comprehensive and flexible (I chose to study entirely online to fit around work). Everything was clearly explained in a friendly tone, and assignments were marked and given feedback really quickly.”

“I believe this was a great course especially the class room training helped a lot to gain knowledge and understanding of how to behave and teach in the class room. The online course provides you with all the theoretical knowledge. I will definitely recommend this course to my friends and family. Because of completing this course I already have managed to secure a job for myself.”

“I left school 34 years ago and thought this might be too much of a challenge for me. However, I found the course extremely interesting and very easy to follow. “First of all, I need to say that The TEFL Academy opened my eyes to the choices I have as an EFL teacher, which I thought it was only possible in my home country (Brazil :D). So thanks for that. The fact I was able to complete the course is a personal accomplishment for me, as I usually dislike or get easily bored with online courses. The contents are very useful, and even though I had already worked as an EFL teacher, I still could learn a lot of new terms, concepts and maybe a new perspective of teaching, being more on top of the stages, aims of each activity and being more aware of how to approach different learning skills in class. I really liked the feedbacks from my assignments, they were very detailed about my strenghts on weaknesses on each stage and I could see clearly that my evaluator was trying to help me for real. Your customer service is really awesome, whenever I needed help opening a ticket, talking on the chat, somebody was ready to help me clarifying my doubts.”

“The quality of the course's website, online workbooks, tests and assignments was excellent. All of the content was sufficiently challenging and taught you techniques that could easily be applied to a real life classroom. Too often teaching courses impart ideas that look excellent on paper, however are very difficult to recreate in a classroom full of students watching your every move. I feel as though the TEFL Academy went to great lengths to avoid this, which was a breath of fresh air for someone who has just finished 3 gruelling years of teacher training!”

“As a language graduate, I was not sure what to do after receiving my degree. I eventually decided to take a year out, travel and enhance my language skills. I found a job teaching English in France, and with the help of the online TEFL course I feel truly prepared each day with interesting lessons and materials, all due the help of the TEFL course. I knew very little about English grammar terms before the TEFL course, however now I am successfully and confidently planning grammar lessons and achieving the aims of each class. I would highly recommend anybody to do the TEFL course- it is such a useful certificate and can be used anywhere in the world.”

“Completing online TEFL course is a welcome resource for preparing me for teaching English from beginner to the intermediate level. This course is well concepted and full with detailed advices on how to approach the teaching classroom and motivate students to learn the language. The modules of grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation are relevant to this level.”

“Doing my TEFL with the TEFL Academy was Awesome they provide an online course witch you do on your own pace and then 20 hours of practical teaching witch i found extremely Fun. The tutor support is amazing you are always within reach of an experienced tutor to help you should you get stuck anywhere throughout the course. This course had equipped me to teach. Before this course I had no prior teaching experience but the course taught me enough to be a confident teacher.”

“I recently completed the 120-hour combined (in-class and online) TEFL course and was extremely impressed with the contents of the course. I thought that it was set-up very good with a good mix of relevant information. Nothing seemed unnecessary and I believe that I have learned everything I need to be a great teacher. I was very impressed with how professional the course was and I would recommend it to anyone. There is also a great platform to send in any questions you might have throughout the course and they respond almost immediately.”

“The TEFL Academy has helped improve my knowledge, provided me with the opportunity to travel and teach abroad, make new friends and help give me a much needed confidence boost. I was never the best at English at school. I was in on of the lowest English classes in my year. Luckily to the end of my time in High School I was taught by a great teacher who helped me. However, since I left school I still lacked in confidence when it came to English. That has all changed thanks to completing the TEFL course provided by The TEFL Academy.”
