“Stellar platform and wonderful student support! Everyone at TEFL Academy - from technical to tutor support - were tremendously helpful and expedient in response and solution. “This course is complete, it teaches you everything you need to know to start your career as a teacher. It also provides you with many extra info for you to keep studying and be a good teacher. The activities and assignments are interesting and they help you think, process and apply what you learn. Besides, I could do it at my own pace. I really enjoyed this course.”

“I've recently completed TEFL Level 5 online course and would highly recommend it to all my colleagues. The course appears to be very informative, well-organized and exceeded my expectations. During my course I have received an access to a variety of resources of materials for teaching ESL students, as well as great ideas and techniques that I've started using right away in my class. The assignments were very interesting and fairly graded. I was able to receive tutor's and TEFL team's support promptly when it was needed. I've broadened my knowledge and I've already started applying it to my teaching process. It was a great journey!”

“The online TEFL course is a great and flexible way to learn about teaching English. The course was interesting and made learning easier by defining terms in a handy glossary. The content was structured well and the website/e-learning portal was easy to navigate. I was unsure about doing an online course but TEFL dispelled these worries. It is a great way to learn and I'd recommend it to any budding teachers out there.”

“Hi, Never having never done an online course before and the weekend course group been cancelled due to covid I did find this daunting. I enjoy the layout. It was not overwhelming. The Units were nicely done and the whole course felt very contained. In doing the research and getting things wrong, I learned so much, particularly how much I took the English language for granted. I did look at other Tefl courses but felt more drawn to this. When I finally passed Assignment C, I got a great sense of satisfaction and achievement. I was very chuffed. I,m 58. maybe The Academy could include photos of mature students (unless I missed them) on the website. Thanks Padraic”

“I am very impressed and grateful to The TEFL Academy for the resources and student assistance they provide. I have everything I need and more from the Level 5 TEFL course. I'm happy, satisfied, and relaxed to know that I can leave my country and start my TEFL career with my bags packed. The course alone is very well structured, challenging but so educational and informative. I would recommend The TEFL Academy for anyone who wants to start a TEFL career abroad or online. They are number 1 in my opinion and they will hold your hand throughout your TEFL journey because that's how much they care for their students, and they want them to succeed. They drop everything to attend to their students' needs. It gives me great comfort to know that they will always support me even long after I have completed my TEFL course. “I find the Level 5 TEFL Academy course website very well designed and user friendly. The content is organised into 10 units, which contains text and images. Each unit is detailed, and they all have tests at the end, which is great to summarise what you have just learnt. The assignments are perfect to put the theory into practice. I would recommend taking on the webinar (10Hrs online teaching practice) for those who choose the online course. I took on the webinar just before the 3rd assignment, and I thought it was great to put everything I learnt into practice. Also, it was a fantastic opportunity to clarify any topics. I would definitely recommend the TEFL Academy.”

“It was a fun and interesting course to study, especially in the midst of a pandemic. The course is well structured and teaches you the essentials to become the best TEFL teacher you can be. “I have greatly enjoyed studying ‘Level 5 TEFL’ course. The course was designed very well and easy to understand. I found when I was in a difficult situation I was able to reach out to TEFL for support and they quickly answered their emails. “I enrolled in the TFEL Level 5 course as I like to challenge myself. Being an English Home Language teacher, teaching kids who are not home language speakers present challenges every day. I thought that I would gain some insight as to how to approach certain activities. Some of my students enter high school with a limited knowledge of English and they have to pass it on home language level. I found the course very interesting and inspiring. I got some very useful tips and examples on a variety of topics. I found the course very helpful and feedback was efficient and insightful. Responses were quick and I experienced the course as motivational and positive. Criticism was positive and encouraging. I would recommend this course as it now opens new doors for me which I can explore.”

“I completed the Level 5 TEFL Course, over 2.5 months, studying full time. I was pleasantly surprised by the rigour of the teaching, assignments, and assessment. Examiner feedback on each assignment was professional, thorough and helpful. Responses to queries I had usually came the next day. Overall, I learnt more than I expected(!) and will definitely recommend it to others. It's a serious course, resulting in a certificate to be justifiably proud of.”

“The TEFL Academy provide an informative and well laid out course. Each unit is divided up into interesting topics and the interface is kept interactive with lots of mini quizzes. The assignments allow for a lot of freedom in creativity and there is always in depth feedback given. I'd highly recommend doing a course with The TEFL Academy for anyone who wishes to gain a new skill and the opportunity to work abroad.”
