“The course is well structured with plenty of resources. The course includes all the basic aspects in teaching English and clear instructions guiding you through the assignments. You will get a good insight about Tefl and find jobs after the course. The TEFL Academy team has supported me a lot during and after the course.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed the course - challenging but fun and educational. It has not only given me great knowledge of Teaching English as A Foreign Language but also of English grammar. I now realise there was so much I didn't know which is essential to teach good English to students. I look forward to doing TEFL jobs abroad soon - I would very highly recommend this course to anyone - especially if you have graduated from university and unsure what to do with your degree. I wish I had done TEFL years ago.”

“I have loved doing my TEFL certification with the TEFL academy! Any requests I had were answered in a timely fashion and the jobs board had so many amazing job offers - I have a job teaching in Japan after sending in an email to a company I found on the job board! An excellent qualification and an excellent company to go through!”

“I graduated from the online Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs). The layout of the program is very organized and it informs you; from the very beginning, of your course outline for each unit and what is expected of you. I used the course outline to make a checklist of each unit and assignments to keep track of my timing. A tip to know is that you can't work on 2 assignments at the same time. Your assignment needs to be corrected and at a passing grade before you can start your next assignment, so don't wait to do you assignment until the end of the program or close to your course deadline. Even though the course is online, there is plenty of materials/websites/readings given for each unit and study topics that make it helpful and resourceful. I enjoyed the program, especially that I can do it at my own pace. I have already started to teach English classes and Love my job. It's great to apply all I've learned into the classroom.”

“I enjoyed the tuition I received from the TEFL Academy. As a practicing teacher, I found the concepts covered provided me with a much more in-depth understanding of the English language and how to teach it. I did the 20 hour face-to-face course, which was run very well. Marking times for assignments were relatively quick. I would definitely recommend this course to any prospective ESL teachers.”

“I won't lie. It was tough. The modules were easy enough but the assignments drove me crazy! I've never made things like lesson plans and stuff so it was tough. This being said, I'm not mad that it was tough. It made me really try hard to make the assignments as good as I could, and to really put my all in to them. I'm glad I've finally gotten my TEFL and can be on my way to teaching English as a foreign language in another country! Thank you to The TEFL Academy for being a great resource to learn these things. I took the Level 5 168 hour TEFL course!”

“I took a 168 hours online TEFL course and it has exceeded my expectations. The e-learning platform was easy to use and I enjoyed studying from the comfort of my home, at my own pace. I've learned A LOT about being a teacher - especially through completing the necessary assignments, that were challenging but fair. My overall experience with this company has been great - everyone was very professional and I didn't encounter any problems. Highly recommend!”
