“I completed this course online and I’m very pleased. It has provided me with plenty of knowledge and has opened up Opportunities. The course is super easy to navigate with straightforward language, And the assignments are a great amount of challenging. As it’s online, there’s no face to face feedback (Although it’s still well provided) and class practice but for an online course it prepares you as best as it can.”

“I could just say about the content of the course. I took the TEFL Level 5 online with 20-hour practice. Overall, I gained new knowledge and insights about TEFL. The course itself was quite easy except for the assignments. I found it challenging in a positive way, coming from a perspective of a first-timer. The contents are easy to follow and digest. It took me awhile to finish the assignments. Same goes for the website, it is very easy to navigate. I just had one hiccup during my first assignment which took me more or less three weeks to be graded and be resolved. I don't know where it went wrong. Nevertheless it never happened again. Whenever I put a ticket of any enquiry I had, they would answer me back within 24 hours. I never had huge issues. In fact I barely used the ticket system, only twice. The 20-hour classroom session which required us to go in person was helpful. That was okay, more like a review of my grade school/ high school grammar lessons. We had a couple of teaching practice too which is helpful but again, that is not enough time to gauge ourselves whether or not we are 100% ready after completing the course. Whether or not the course will be helpful as I embark on my journey to teaching, only time can tell. At the end I only had a link on how to build a resume so I think that's the best they can do in terms of finding you a teaching job. I just wish that I can download the materials for this course, which apparently is not possible. I think they will be helpful for me when I start my first teaching job.”

“I am happy with the course I did and the way they go about teaching. I believe a teacher should be thrown in the deep end and sink or swim. So either you can cope by googling and getting as much information or you can sit back and see if it's provided. It's good that they give you direction but not direct answers those you have to figure out as you go along. You learn by experience not by only syllabus and explanations.”

“My experience with the Online Level 5 TEFL Course was very positive. I found the course very well made, exhaustiveand fun! An excellent alternative to traditional classroom courses during lockdown, and great value for money. Yes, it's an online course, but I had to work pretty hard, and the three assignments were quite challenging. This is great, because it made me feel like I was really learning something. Customer service was always super helpful, and the instructors who gave me feedback were very thorough.”

“Learning to teach English online was a breeze with the TEFL Academy. Especially considering that due to lockdown regulations, I found myself with a lot of free time on my hands. “I studied the Level 5 TEFL Course. Working independently I thought would be very difficult, but the information was very straight forward and easy to understand. The assignments were of a high standard but was a great way of fully consolidating what you have learnt up until that point. I look forward to finally starting my teaching journey and providing my students with the assistance that TEFL Academy has provided me with.”

“I strongly recommend this course to anyone who wants to work as an English teacher for foreign students. The tools they provide you with during the course are extremely focused on preparing unique lessons according to the specific students' needs. Each unit is structured in a clear way that makes self-studying easy. The amount of time you have to complete the course is also perfect if you work on a full-time basis and you need to do it on the side of the main job. Feedbacks from the tutors are precise and focused. Looking forward to starting to work thanks to the qualification.”

“I began the my level 5 course with TEFL Academy during my final year of high school. I chose this course provider because it was the most reasonably priced and had good reviews. I'm grateful for having had my first online learning experience with TEFL Academy as the website was easy to navigate (on a PC, tablet and phone), and the course materials were interesting and eye-opening without being too challenging. The little tests in the units and the end-of-unit tests were good for revising my knowledge. They also don't take long to complete. I also appreciate towards the online tutors and support staff who responded to my queries relatively quickly, even during busy periods. They responded politely and were always helpful. I recommend adopting a good work ethic, allocating a certain amount of time a day/week to the course, and holding yourself to it if you want to finish the course with ease. If you have no background or a vague understanding of the field of education, this course might be eye-opening. I've just begun to understand how much work goes into planning a lesson and determining which approaches should be taken when teaching different students for example.”

“I just recently completed the Level 5 TEFL Course and found it really well laid out. The alternative I was considering before I signed up would have been a PDF document to go through the learning material, but I'm so glad I went with The TEFL Academy as their online system was so much more fun to go through. Their online learning platform is really nicely done, guides you step by step through the material and lets you progress at your own pace. The only drawbacks I found were that some of the questions to revise the material were just far too simple, the assignment instructions could be explained better, well in a simpler manner - it took me a while to find out exactly what to do, which documents to use etc. and also that some tutor feedback was fairly minimal or didn't really make sense and there's no way (I haven't found one) to contact your tutor directly, i.e. a support ticket needs to be opened. So these are not necessarily points to criticise, but to point out some room for improvement. In general, as mentioned above, I really enjoyed the whole journey and would choose The TEFL Academy again. If you still have any doubts ... simply go for it, it's fun!”

But when I started and saw how organized and engaging the content was, I was inspired to keep going and finish it the least possible time that I can.
